She specialises in employment law, health and safety compliance, and immigration matters, helping businesses and individuals navigate complex workplace issues with confidence.

After completing her studies at the University of Otago, Grace was admitted to the Bar in 2022 and has specialised in employment law ever since.

Grace has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court and brings a down to earth, positive approach to her work across all aspects of employment law.
