Originally from Kerikeri, after studying at the University of Otago, the lure of the deep south captured her attention – in particular the mountains and the walks.
After studying her LLB and BA, majoring in politics with a minor in environment and society, Lauren completed her studies in 2024 and was admitted to the Bar in 2025. It was an employment law paper as part of her course that spurred her interest in this area of law and now she is loving being part of Copeland McAllister’s Queenstown office.
