Experience:
A background in dispute resolution and mediation for over 15 years overseas and in New Zealand. Now specialising in employment law, health and safety, immigration and related work, she has provided H&S law advice on key construction projects within the Christchurch rebuild, complex conservation projects, and migrant-worker-related employment issues.
Perspective:
To the horizon and beyond. Naoimh is often travelling to clients to meet at their workplace, an approach that provides her with greater insight and understanding for their business. In this way she can quickly identify what clients need to achieve and then deliver pragmatic, strategic, and commercially focused guidance to reach their goals.
