Jerrie began her career in sports journalism before transitioning into communications and marketing. She quickly realised that the most compelling stories come from organisations where people are thriving, which inspired her to study Human Resources.

Passionate about supporting people and helping organisations perform at their best, Jerrie completed a Graduate Diploma in HR Management and a Certificate in Professional Coaching. Over the past 15 years, she has held management roles primarily in the non-profit sector, blending her love of people with expertise in processes, communication, and organisational development.
